All webinars and workshops are available live and on-demand. Subscribers also receive 20% off other purchases on Powers Knowledge.

The health center subscription also includes two resources built specifically for health center operations and available only to health centers:

• Toolkits to help health centers comply with the Section 330 Health Center Program Requirements, meet federal privacy and security rules (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and information blocking), and build a compliance program that meets OIG expectations. Each toolkit is designed to work with a health center’s own policies, governance, and operations.
• Compliance Conversations, quarterly sessions where subscribers submit questions in advance and talk directly with the CHC Team at Powers Law and other health center subscribers. Keeping these sessions to health centers gives participants a space to discuss their own compliance questions candidly with peers.
  

Starting in 2027, Primary Care Associations (PCAs) can purchase the Annual Compliance Training Subscription for PCAs. It gives your PCA’s staff access to 12 monthly webinars, 4 bonus webinars, and 4 quarterly workshops, all with free CPE credits. PCA subscribers also save at least 20% off other Powers Knowledge products.

The subscription is for PCA staff. Training content, links, recordings, resources, and slides may not be shared with members. If you’d like to provide access to your member health centers, please contact us about special pricing and options.

As many as you need. The Annual Compliance Training Subscription – 2027 has no seat limits, for both health centers and associations. Once your organization subscribes, anyone with an organizational email address can create a Powers Knowledge account and is enrolled automatically.

After your purchase, Powers Knowledge will set up your organization’s account for unlimited sign-ups within 3 business days. Your team can then start creating accounts and accessing all training products included in your subscription.

Any employee of your health center or PCA can access your organization’s subscription using a work email address. The 2027 Annual Compliance Training Subscriptions have no seat limits.

The person who purchases the subscription has access right away. Within 3 business days of purchase, Powers Knowledge will set up your organization’s account. Your employees can then create their own accounts and accessing everything included in your subscription.

Email domain requirement: By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that all employees who will access the subscription have email addresses on your organization’s domain, and that no one outside your organization has an address on that domain. If your organization uses more than one email domain, contact us before purchasing.

Our training products are designed and priced specifically for community health centers. As a result, consultants may not be eligible to participate.
