c. Payment information is not collected by this Website. All online transactions are facilitated by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By creating an account on this Website and purchasing a Service, you consent for your information to be shared with Stripe (for payment processing) and Zoom (for webinars, workshops and other tools). We do not capture, store or otherwise retain your credit card or bank account information on this Website.

a. Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville PC for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Website. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to one year.
