Eligibility

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to individuals age 18+ who are registered attendees of the 2026 Florida Association of Community Health Centers Annual Conference and are employed by or affiliated with a community health center. Employees of the Florida Association of Community Health Centers and their immediate family members are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, name, email address and community health center must be submitted via an online form. One entry per email address; duplicate entries will be removed.

Sweepstakes Period

Entries must be submitted by August 1, 2026. The drawing will be held virtually on August 3, 2026. One (1) randomly selected winner will be contacted directly.

Prize

One (1) Annual Compliance Training Subscription (approximate retail value: $3,500). No cash substitution. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
